Todd has been a dedicated professional in the automotive industry since leaving school in 2013. Recognised early for his talent, he was awarded apprentice of the year in 2018 and has since built a diverse career spanning engineering, quality, manufacturing and aftermarket sectors. Todd has both; hands on and engineering technical experience in every phase of a vehicles manufacturing journey, from the body in white all of the way through to the final acceptance line before being sent to customers. He has led paint rectification and inspection lines, as well as the manufacturing, engineering and quality processes for leather and synthetic interior cockpit parts - all within the luxury automotive sector. His expertise has led to collaborations with prestigious institutions, including the Royal Academy of Engineering and Imperial College London, where he has contributed to a number of projects. A graduate of Business Leadership & Management from his hometown university, Coventry, Todd is driven to make a meaningful difference in the automotive industry.

With a career in the automotive industry dating back to 2016, Grace has developed a strong foundation in automotive craftsmanship and technical expertise. Starting her journey with Aston Martin, she completed her apprenticeship, where she gained invaluable skills working with high-performance vehicles. Following her apprenticeship, she joined Dick Lovett as a Paint Technician, further refining her technical abilities and attention to detail.

In 2023, Grace was recognised as one of Bodyshop Magazine’s 30 Under 30 Rising Stars, an honour that highlights her exceptional skills and dedication to the craft. Her commitment to excellence continued in 2024 when she was highly commended as Paint Technician of the Year.

As a proud female professional in the automotive field, Grace takes great pride in breaking barriers and her passion for automotive repair and innovation fuels her constant pursuit of growth and improvement. Grace is driven by a commitment to quality and precision, always striving to elevate the automotive industry with each project she undertakes.
